The supplement should be dissolved in feed or drinking water. When dissolved in drinking water, do not allow the horse access to any other source of water. Administer at a ratio of 60 g (2 scoops) per 37.8 l (10 gallons) of fresh water, or 60 g in the daily feed ration in place of the salt ration. 1 scoop = 30 g. OUR TIP: Adding electrolytes is also important in winter, when the horse has a longer coat and sweats, leading to electrolyte loss.
