Do not apply to irritated or damaged skin, and avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Anti-Perspiration Bath: Dilute 30 ml in 950 ml of warm water.
Bath for Tired Muscles: Dilute 120 ml in 950 ml of warm water.
Massage for Muscles & Joints: Apply undiluted ONLY to the feet and massage in vigorously.
